We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities :

• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Meeting sales quotas, measured daily / weekly / monthly
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening / closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications :

• Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-40 hours per week for full-time
• Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
• Customer service experience
• Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
• Polished professional appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day
