Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing full-cycle marketing initiatives, including planning, creating, and delivering campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually compelling content that aligns with brand standards. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, and product launches.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, email templates, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Digital Marketing
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Support website updates and optimize content for SEO.
• Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for leadership review.
• Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
• Maintain marketing calendars and manage deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience : 2+ years in marketing coordination or similar role with hands-on design experience.

Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
