What You Will Do :

The Senior Manager, Materials Planning - SIOP will be responsible for leading demand planning and delivery assurance teams in supporting the facilities.

• Evaluating and coordinating delivery assurance and demand planning to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements
• Provide status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed
• Work daily to confirm material supply and demands
• Lead process improvement activities and cost reduction initiatives
• Conduct and support periodic physical inventory cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Lead regular commitment / planning meetings to establish regular production goals.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
