Your oversight will encompass facility operations, safety measures, cleanliness, and adherence to nursing policies, procedures, and regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Guide and supervise nursing staff to ensure exceptional care is provided.\n
- Manage daily operations, including staff assignments and resource distribution.\n
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and execute comprehensive care plans.\n
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards.\n
- Offer mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff.\n

- Current valid state nursing license.\n
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.\n
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care setting is a plus.\n
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.\n
- Interest in the nursing requirements of the elderly and chronically ill individuals.\n
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
