Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of pre-litigation paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys, ensuring high-quality case handling.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings to support case development and resolution.
• Provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and skill development.
• Oversee the handling of personal injury cases, particularly those involving serious injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations.
• Utilize case management and legal software tools such as LexisNexis to streamline operations.
• Monitor case progress and address any issues related to claim administration and complaint handling.
• Assist with documentation and briefing to support litigation efforts.
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the legal team.
• Active attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Proficiency with case management systems and legal software, including LexisNexis.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience handling serious injury cases is highly desirable.
• Excellent research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and claim administration.
