Job Summary :

We are hiring a skilled Brake Press Set-Up / Operator in Germantown, WI to support critical manufacturing operations. This role includes both machine setup and operation to ensure efficient production of precision metal components. It’s a full-time, temp-to-hire manufacturing job offering career growth in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate CNC brake press machines to bend, shape, and form metal components

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and use precision measuring equipment

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals and improve processes

Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Qualifications :

2+ years of brake press operation experience (Cincinnati machines preferred)

Background in general labor or manufacturing jobs

Strong mechanical aptitude with high attention to detail

Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions

High school diploma or equivalent
