Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OTR) Opportunity - Split Position in Taylorville and Hillsboro, IL!

Join a Passionate Rehab Team at Taylorville Care Center and Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center

Locations : Taylorville & Hillsboro, Illinois

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR) to serve two skilled nursing facilities : Taylorville Care Center and Montgomery Nursing & Rehab Center . This unique split position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at both locations, working with supportive, collaborative teams dedicated to resident-centered care.
