You'll be the go-to expert for facility managers, GCs, and healthcare decision-makers, helping them solve urgent problems with long-term solutions in emergency remediation, restoration, and specialty cleaning .

Key Responsibilities

• Generate, manage, and convert leads that support local revenue goals
• Represent EDS as the primary point of contact in the Tampa market
• Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and upsell opportunities
• Attend industry events and networking functions to grow visibility and pipeline
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client success
• Write and deliver professional, solutions-focused proposals
• Track all sales activity and progress in CRM
