About the job Lead Android Developer
We are looking for a Lead Android Developer to join our Product & Technology organization at Ceridian to build up & enhance our award-winning Dayforce mobile applications.
About the Position :
Reporting to the Mobile Development Manager, the Lead Android Developer is responsible for designing and implementing new development projects and completing and augmenting the current solutions and services. You will concentrate on building the Dayforce mobile product natively for Android. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Technical Writing and Quality Assurance throughout the development process to ensure the product is functionally complete and technically solid. Responsibilities :
- Provides technical advice and weighs in on technical decisions that impact other teams of the company at large
- Evolves the architecture to better support future requirements based on product direction, define the SLAs for their area of focus
- Work with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality
- Create and enhance a scalable enterprise application for the mobile devices
- Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functions are added
- Researchesand proposed new technologies
