Manager of Enterprise Testing

A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Testing to lead quality assurance efforts across digital and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the enterprise testing strategy for various systems, setting measurable goals

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle

Oversee test planning and execution across multiple business processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

ISTQB or equivalent certification

8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Experience managing testing for omnichannel and B2B retail experiences

Proven experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods industries and strong understanding of enterprise systems
