Position Overview : We are seeking a results-oriented Business Site Manager to lead and oversee operations, sales, performance and profitability within our power technology division that specializes in replacement parts for boilers and combustion-related equipment used in heating, incineration, industrial processing, and electrical power generation. The Business Manager will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving business growth in this highly specialized industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Leadership & Financial Accountability
- Lead the site as a standalone business unit with full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, ensuring financial targets and growth objectives are met.
- Develop and execute the site's strategic and annual business plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage revenue, cost structure, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance.
- Review financial results, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure sustainable profitability.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, new customer acquisition, and market diversification.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations, including production, scheduling, quality assurance, logistics, and safety compliance.Ensure efficient resource allocation, job scheduling, and workflow management for on-time, high-quality delivery.Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and process efficiency.Maintain and improve facility performance metrics (on-time delivery, rework rate, labor utilization, etc.).Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team including supervisors, machinists, mechanics, and administrative staff.Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Oversee workforce planning, training, and performance management to ensure the right skills and capabilities are in place.Customer & Market Focus
Serve as the senior on-site representative for customers, ensuring technical, schedule, and commercial commitments are met.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Business, or related field (required); MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum 7–10 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or power generation operations.Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a P&L or site / general management role.Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to travel as business needs require.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Benefits :
