Acquisition Specialist

This position is responsible for performing field work necessary for new property acquisitions within an assigned territory. These activities and negotiations which are related to property acquisitions include letters of intent, contracts, leases, project management, due diligence issues, and other real estate matters. Partners in developing acquisition strategies, market analysis, and research in partnership with field staff and / or brokers. Responsible for collaborating with the Real Estate Leadership in strategy, lease renewals, rebuilds, and implementing the recommendations of the Senior Leadership Team in their area of geographic responsibility.
