Physical Therapist

We are partering with our client, Mission Healthcare, the largest Home Health and Hospice provider in the West region to recruit several talented Physical Therapists for several communiies in Oregon including Salem, Eugene, McMinnville and Corvallis.

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with movement disorders, injuries, or physical impairments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to restore mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall function.

You will also oversee direct patient care, progress documentation, and collaboration with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and direct skilled treatment for patients requiring physical therapy.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain ongoing documentation of goals, functional progress, and medical necessity.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety precautions, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay updated on the latest physical therapy practices and regulations.
