Job descriptionOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and strategy to execution and iteration for AI-driven products. Design product APIs based on functional decomposition Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to re-engineer business processes using AI and to bring innovative ideas to life. Leverage AI and automation to solve complex problems, unlock efficiencies, and create new value streams. Navigate ambiguity and constraints whether organizational, technical, or regulatory with creativity, persistence, and a solutions-first mindset. Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Define and track success metrics, ensuring products deliver measurable outcomes and scale effectively. You're hands-on and thrive in the details whether it's writing product specs, analyzing data, or testing prototypes. You bring passion, determination, and resilience to every challenge, and you're not afraid to push boundaries to get things done. You're a creative problem solver who can find a path forward even when the road isn't clear. You understand how to work within and around constraints from compliance to legacy systems without losing sight of the vision. Perform all other duties as assigned. 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Experienced at conceptualizing, building and launching AI-powered or automation-centric products. Ability to reimagine existing processes and redesign the future workflows leveraging AI Hands on experience with LLMs, RPA, GPT-based tools in building enterprise grade products. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A bias for action, experimentation, and learning. Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or regulated industries preferred.
Senior Product Manager
