What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Collaborate with the Sales Team to deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions

Develop, design, and modify system solutions and architecture to meet customer requirements

Generate equipment lists and create system design descriptions, including diagrams

Provide consultative guidance to customers and the sales team, including presentations

Manage proposal projects and coordinate with various functional teams to meet project goals

What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor\'s degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, engineering, or public safety, or 8+ years of relevant experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, engineering, solutions architecture, or related field

Strong knowledge of Body Worn Cameras and License Plate Readers

Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting complex topics

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Wireless, Computer, Network Engineering, or Computer Science

Willingness to think outside the box and challenge the status quo

Strong attention to detail and a flawless execution mindset

Experience in managing proposals and RFP projects
