Qualifications + Responsibilities :

• Board-certified (or eligible) in General Surgery.
• Cover 10 - 24hr shifts per month
• May supervise advanced practice providers and train medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Build relationships with internal teams and community partners
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compensation :
• 50k commencement / sign-on bonus
• $460k+ salary, plus productivity and quality bonuses
• $6,000 CME allowance reimburses licensing, DEA registration, hospital dues, and continuing education courses
