We are expanding our support team to include a Virtual Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether they are asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat providing information regarding menu items orders and employment opportunities.
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries ensuring polite and friendly communication.
• Assist in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail in all communications and ensure accurate information is conveyed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
• Adapt to various customer personalities by applying strong organizational skills and judgment.
