Job Type : Full-time Pay Range : $35 - $45 per hour Job Location : Coachella Ca. Sign on bonus up to $2500 and daily productivity bonuses

All Star Physical Therapy in Coachella, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. We pride ourselves on our family-like culture and loyal patient following, and we're seeking someone who shares our strong work ethic and passion for excellent care. In this role, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to streamline patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT Aides. You will be thrilled with our new AI documention software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PTA's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around $1200 / month of extra income.
