Compensation : $39.04 - $57.95 per hour

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Assessing emergency situations to determine the best course of action using advanced Paramedic protocols.

Utilizing medical equipment such as defibrillators, EKG monitors, and intravenous fluids to deliver advanced medical care.

Communicating effectively with patients and their families to provide reassurance and clarity about the care being administered.

Leading the Paramedic team and managing scene and unit responsibilities as required.

Driving the ambulance during 911 responses in a safe and responsible manner.

Collaborating with healthcare and public safety professionals, fostering a professional working environment.

Engaging with community programs to enhance our organization's image and build strong relationships.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Current State Paramedic License.

Valid State Driver's License.

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS or PEPP, BTLS or PHTLS.

Adherence to driving record standards as per company policy.

Successful completion of the Physical Agility Test.

Completed ICS courses 100, 200, 700, and 800.

CA Ambulance Driver's License and Medical Examiner's Certificate are required.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous work experience in healthcare is advantageous.

Salary Range : $39.04 - $57.95 Hourly (12-hour shifts, averaging 42 hours a week). This position is eligible for a bonus.
