About the Role
We're seeking a talented full-stack visual designer who combines exceptional Webflow development skills with a strong understanding of direct response marketing principles . This role requires someone who can create high-converting, visually stunning websites while maintaining clean, efficient code and excellent user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, conversion-focused websites using Webflow, with custom HTML / CSS enhancements when needed
- Create compelling visual designs that align with direct response marketing strategies
- Develop complete visual identities including graphics, illustrations, icons, and other brand assets using professional design tools
- Apply UX / UI best practices to optimize user journeys and conversion rates
- Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and media buyers to create cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns
- Create landing pages, sales funnels, and campaign-specific websites that work seamlessly across all devices
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user engagement
- Create diverse visual assets beyond web layouts (infographics, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, etc.)
- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and accessibility
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projectsProven experience with direct response marketing designExpert-level proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, interactions, and custom code integrationStrong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills for custom implementationsProficiency in visual design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Deep understanding of UI / UX principles and conversion optimizationStrong understanding of how marketing pages should look and function across desktop, tablet, and mobile devicesAbility to create complete visual assets and graphics beyond web designStrong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchyMobile-first responsive design expertiseExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsAbility to articulate design decisions to stakeholdersNice to Have
