Digital Engagement Lead

A company is looking for a Digital Engagement Lead for the Northeast Indiana region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-farm expertise for the installation and troubleshooting of precision agriculture technologies

Coach squad members to enhance digital acumen and drive customer engagement through solution selling

Train Field Sales Representatives and dealers on data-driven agronomic decision-making using digital tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an agricultural field

Experience working closely with seed / chem sellers, growers, and sales organizations

Minimum of 2+ years experience with digital agricultural platforms

5+ years of experience in agriculture and / or digital fields

Expertise in digital software, hardware, and data collection
