Requirements : MI PT license, BLS, 1+ year home health experience, valid driver's license & car insurance.

Details : Provide in-home therapy to patients across Van Buren, Calhoun & Kalamazoo Counties. No call. Every other weekend rotation. Flu vaccine required.
