ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Working knowledge of general labor skills
• Assist in various construction tasks, including general labor and more advanced work as needed
• Support experienced workers, team leads, and the site supervisor with daily activities
• Operate tools and machinery safely and effectively
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols on site
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve construction challenges
• Help maintain project timelines by contributing to efficient construction processes
• Document construction progress, including photos and notes
• Adapt to evolving construction technologies, practices, and project requirements
• Continuously improve skills through on-the-job learning and training
• Comfortable with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

1-3 years of hands-on experience in construction or a related field

Ability to follow instructions and work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

$18 - $28 / hourly rate
