Overview
We are seeking a Manager of Staff Training and Development to join our team. The Manager of Staff Training and Development is responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating training programs to support the professional growth and development of the firm's managers, business services professionals, and other staff members. This position will work closely with the Director of Training and Development to assess training needs and skills gaps, and to develop and deliver curricula for all staff at the firm, with a strong focus on leadership, management, professional, and interpersonal skills. The position reports to the Director of Training and Development and collaborates closely with professionals within the Human Resources department and leaders of the firm's business services teams and office and practice support teams. This position offers a hybrid schedule, allowing flexibility to work from home and the office.
