Radiology Job Details

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2620–$2690

Location : Steamboat Springs, Colorado (80487)

Healthcare Setting : Hospital Radiology Department

Contract Duration : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 16 / 2026)

Shift : Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 09 : 00–17 : 30)

Hours per Week : 40

On-Call : Required every fifth or sixth weekend

Weekend Coverage : Per FTE request

Charting System : Epic

Imaging Equipment : Siemens Drive 256 slice dual source / dual energy CT Scanner, GE C-Arm

CT Tech / X-Ray Tech Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (at least 1 year each in CT and X-Ray)

ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification

Experience with Siemens and GE imaging equipment preferred

Ability to work independently in a multi-modality radiology role

Epic charting experience required

Pediatric imaging experience preferred

First-time travel healthcare professionals welcome

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities

Perform CT scans and X-Ray imaging procedures (head, chest, extremities, abdomen with / without contrast)

Operate Siemens Drive 256 slice CT scanner and GE C-Arm in the operating room

Prepare and administer contrast media as needed

Start peripheral IVs and follow hospital isolation precautions

Conduct multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and emergency department imaging

Work independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Participate in on-call rotation and provide weekend coverage as scheduled
