Location : Wilmington, DE - Candidates must live with 50 miles of OneMain corporate offices in Baltimore, MD; Wilmington DE; or Charlotte, NC.
Duration : 7 months with possible conversion to FTE.
Employment Type : Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent).
Work Arrangement : Remote within the US.
Payrate : $115.00 - $122.00.

Key components we are looking for :
- Experience with RCS, Chat, Contact Center, and Push channels.
- 3+ years of experience working on successful digital consumer products, preferably at high-scale companies.
- Agile methodology experience required.
- Ability to think like a customer, whether considering internal employee journeys or digital experiences for external customers.
- Demonstrated success in launching or managing new products, features, or experiences, with strong attention to execution details.
- Experience executing a product vision and aligning it across cross-functional teams and the broader organization.
- Comfortable debating ideas with peers and influencing leadership to gain buy-in.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to socialize information, motivate teams, and advocate ideas.
- Ability to simplify complexity, identify what matters, and understand decision implications for the team and organization.
- Customer obsession with a focus on delivering continuous value while balancing business needs.
- Proven ability to solve complex, analytical problems and drive solutions to completion.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing :
Identify opportunities to improve team member and digital customer experiences in Collections.Execute the Collections Roadmap and oversee project delivery with tech and operations teams.Analyze data to drive insights, enhancements, and digital self-service initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and maintain execution rhythm.Communicate status, risks, and wins to teams and senior leadership.Manage key portions of the marketing technology backlog for personalized customer communications.Perks of working with us / What we offer :
