Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation of all food items for banquets, outlets, and employee cafeterias, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure the consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all dishes served.
• Support the Executive Chef in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen, work areas, and storage spaces.
• Minimize waste and optimize cost-efficiency while maximizing production output.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary to meet operational needs.
