Restoration Technician

Job descriptionRespond quickly to emergencies (water, fire, mold, and storm damage) Perform restoration services including water extraction, demolition, equipment setup, and site cleanup Load and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in company vehicles Identify safety hazards and communicate needs to your supervisor Work respectfully and professionally in customers' homes and businesses Support job documentation through notes, photos, and communication Previous experience in construction, handyman work, or restoration is a plus Valid driver's license + clean driving record Must be 21+ years old to drive company vehicles Comfortable with physical work, tight spaces, ladders, and lifting 50+ lbs Willingness to work on-call shifts (rotation includes some evenings, weekends, and holidays) IICRC certification is a bonusbut not required Built on Trust We do what's right, even when no one's watching A Place to Call Home You're not just a number hereyou're family Master Where You Are Own your role and grow in it Onward and Upward We embrace challenges and keep pushing forward Practice Stewardship Take care of the people, equipment, and opportunities around you
