Exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing. Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking an LPN who shares our commitment to excellence.
Shift : 7 : 00AM- 3 : 00PM, Required to work every other weekend
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
