Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Sewer Foreman / Crew Leader to direct and oversee the installation of storm, sanitary, and water mains on various site development projects. As a key member of our team, you will lead a crew of skilled operators and laborers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Supervise, direct, and motivate a team of 2-10 skilled operators and laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Crew & Schedule Management : Lead and schedule crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries to meet project timelines and budget requirements.
• Resource Planning : Assist in determining labor, equipment, and material needs to ensure optimal resource allocation for each project.
• Collaboration : Work closely with other foremen, superintendents, project managers, vendors, owners, and inspectors to coordinate efforts and ensure project success.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, safety logs, production, attendance reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Safety Oversight : Promote and enforce company safety policies and practices to maintain a safe working environment for all team members and stakeholders.
