Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis

Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies

Stay updated on relevant legal precedents and changes in the law

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the California State Bar

Strong research and writing skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
