Job Summary
The Install Coordinator will coordinate sales leads ensuring they turn into appointments with our Sales team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Coordination with multiple departments to ensure seamless installation.
Contact the customers to schedule the installation.
Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Debrief installers when job is completed.
Ensure all paperwork is properly completed.
Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
Work with the Installation Manager to ensure equipment and supplies are staged for the following day.
Ensure job folders are ready for the next day’s installs and checklists are completed.
Register and document new equipment in ServiceTitan.
Job Costing.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities
Ability to multitask.
Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
Experience with Google Sheets.
Able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal peers and managers and external customers.
Capable of learning on the fly with a focus on problem-solving.
Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data.
