Role Overview :

The HR Director will support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in strategic and operational management of HR in order to achieve / exceed company success and growth goals by providing outstanding HR support and advice. The role is responsible for providing high quality, objective and robust business partnering and performance support to ensure the business attracts, develops and retains great people ensuring the culture and values remain at the forefront of all activity.

This is a true HR Director role with a current emphasis on supporting the delivery of the people strategies and working in areas including Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Succession Planning and Employee Engagement. The HR Director oversees all human resources operations and ensures they are aligned with business goals of Infinity Group. You will oversee and rely on the expertise of the other two leaders of the Centres of Excellence (Talent Development and Culture, and

Internal Recruitment) to support the creation of a high performing culture with the right people in the right place at the right time.

The HR Director will be directly responsible for the effective management of the HR team, ensuring that HR initiatives are implemented smoothly and effectively.

What skills and working characteristics should this person have?

• Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; masters degree preferred.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role, with a strong focus on performance management and project management.
• Exceptional knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a challenging environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong Commercial Acumen
