Director of Salesforce CoE

A company is looking for a Director, Salesforce CoE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive operating model and strategic roadmap for the Salesforce CoE

Establish governance frameworks and oversee the health, stability, and security of the Salesforce platform

Build and lead a high-performing Salesforce team and manage relationships with vendors and system integrators

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of leadership experience managing a Salesforce platform and building a CoE

Deep expertise in multiple Salesforce clouds and understanding of its capabilities

Experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Agentforce is a plus

Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
