We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Workers. This role involves handling packages, supporting aircraft operations, and ensuring efficient cargo operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Unload packages from freight containers.
• Load packages into freight containers.
• Stage packages for pickup from the main entity.
• Lift packages weighing up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Work predominantly within a warehouse environment.
• Support ramp operations by unloading containers and loose freight from aircraft.
• Marshal tugs and k-loaders around aircraft.
• Provide warehouse support once aircraft are unloaded, with duties split between indoor and outdoor environments.

Work Environment :

Our facility supports the new Amazon AIR facility, operating in a hanger / warehouse-style environment near major airports. The work schedule includes different shifts, with employees working 5 days in a row with 2 consecutive days off, potentially including weekends. Shift preferences may be requested but are subject to availability and seniority. The position offers 40-hour work weeks with potential opportunities for overtime.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swanton, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 / hr.
