Full-Time Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse

Join our dedicated team as a Full-Time Neonatal ICU Registered Nurse! We are looking for a passionate RN to provide exceptional care to our smallest patients in the Neonatal ICU. This position entails working 36 hours per week, with three 12-hour shifts during the day, and will require participation in weekend and holiday rotations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders and administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform necessary treatments and procedures.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to monitor patient conditions.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment for effective patient management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individual care plans.
• Guide and direct ancillary staff while maintaining professional nursing standards.
