Welcome to store leadership. If you are reading this you are interested in a position as a store leader with Team Joarder a Domino's Pizza Franchise Store. To begin we have some expectations that you need to fully understand before applying to such an important role within this organization.
General Managers Role Consists of the Following
Food Management, Ordering, Rotating, and maintaining food for optimal product quality.
Scheduling, Managers are expected to write a schedule each week that optimally serves our guests as well as hits there labor cost goals.
Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Firing are also job functions of this role.

Qualifications
Previous General Manager Food Service appreciated but not required
Positive Up Beat Attitude
Ability to multi task
Ability to complete basic math
Ability to Email, Text, Call and SPEAK IN PERSON to people.
Basic Computer Skills, Email, Word, Excel, App Usage.
Ability to stand on your feet most of the work day.
