Job Summary

The IDCS PMO Director will lead a team of project and program managers who support various business stakeholders with complex build requirements. The Director will provide strategic leadership and will ensure project success across all builds, including kit servers, appliances, and rack integration projects. This role requires that the Director interact with sales teams, communicate with customers, manage escalations, and provide readouts, on the state of the business, to senior executives. This role requires leadership, discipline and the ability to manage competing demands, and resources while executing project completion to meet aggressive timelines. This position is required to report to the SHI Piscataway office location and reports to the Vice President of Integration Data Center Services.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $140,000 - $230,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
