Responsibilities include :

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Support the management team in implementing company policies and procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Participate in staff scheduling and workforce management
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Contribute to cost control efforts and monitor expenses
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics

Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks. Team members may use pencils / pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Requires a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
