• 💡 Experience : 3+ years required; Peds & NICU experience highly preferred\n
• 🧾 Certifications : RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS (preferred), NRP, PALS, MD State License\n
• 💻 Charting : Epic required\n
• 🧠 Skills : Vent management (BiPAP / CPAP), HFNC, intubation, bronchoscopy assist, a-line insertion, bubble CPAP, pediatric and adult respiratory care\n
• 🚑 Setting : Mix of adult, pediatric, and NICU coverage – strong team environment\n
