Job descriptionHelp clients with daily routines and independent living skills (meal prep, personal hygiene, chores, organization) Assist with medication reminders and health needs Cook, clean, and create a safe, welcoming home Provide transportation for appointments, shopping, work, or fun outings Encourage and model positive communication, problem-solving, and social skills Support clients in building confidence and independence through goal-setting and skill development Join in on fun community outingsmovies, restaurants, sports, local events! Be a dependable, positive presence and advocate for your clients Collaborate with your team and supervisors to give the best care possible High school diploma or GED Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, vehicle registration and insurance Ability to pass a background check Willingness to complete CPR / First Aid & Medication Certification (weve got you!) Most importantly : a kind heart, patience, and a sense of humor Paid training to set you up for success Health, dental, and vision insurance Mileage reimbursement Performance reviews at 90 days & annually Career growth opportunitieswe love promoting from within!
