Matrimonial / Family Law Associate – White Plains, NY

We are a busy Matrimonial and Family Law firm in White Plains seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate is licensed to practice in New York and experienced in all aspects of family law litigation.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in New York State

2–3 years of Matrimonial / Family Law experience preferred

Handle court appearances, depositions, and motion practice

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the Court

Comfortable with billable hour requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe

In-office, full-time position (5 days per week)

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
