Job descriptionAbove Average Pay : Drivers can earn up $80,000-$100,000 a year or more, paid hourly. This includes overtime and bonuses, and varies based on hours worked. Great Schedule : Home daily, flexible start times, and dispatched locally by a transport associate you will come to know. Paid time off & holidays, paid uniforms with laundering, and work boot reimbursement. Stability : Our average driver tenure is 10 years; we maintain low turnover rates, averaging 12%. Experience counts, and we are willing to train : Starting rate varies based on experience. Don't have experience? We are willing to train those that otherwise meet our qualifications listed below. No matter where you start, you will see regular progressive increases to top rate. High school diploma or GED Must have a Class A CDL (with no suspensions) and an acceptable CSA score Demonstrate acceptable commercial driving skills, flatbed experience is a plus Successfully complete our hair analysis drug testing Meet our insurability standards and acceptable background check
