Job descriptionHourly wage of $25.75-$26.75 per hour, based on shift Overtime paid after 40 hours per week Typical work week is 45-50 hours per week Safety shoes required; $250 vouchers provided per year. Weekly paychecks Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life PTO (Personal and Vacation Days) Paid Holidays Career advancement opportunities Sunday-Friday, off Saturday and Tuesday. Day and night work schedules available : DAYS : Start time 9am, work until work is completed, typically 8-10 hours per day. Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs. Make 25-35 moves per day with straight-trucks and tractor-trailers using spotter trucks and day cabs. LOTS OF WALKING to and from overflow lots and yards in outdoor elements. Report mechanical issues, fueling, and checking reefer units. Backing tractor trailer and box trucks in and out of docks. Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle. Reporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailers. Minimum of 18 years of age. Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License from state of Illinois. Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen. Must be able to Driver a Manual Transmission. No Manual restrictions. Minimum 6 months of spotting experience required. Experience with yard horse and / or spotter truck required. Familiar with Samsara systems a plus but will train. Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses. Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors. Legally eligible to work in the U.S. Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English. Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical. Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance.

Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Night Yard Jockey Spotter to work in our distribution warehouse in Bartlett, IL.
Compensation
Benefits - Eligible 1 st of the month following 60 day probation period
Work Schedule
NIGHTS : Start time 7pm, work until work is completed, typically 8-10 hours per day.
