- Support clinical services team members with resident admissions, coding, and record maintenance.
- Manage health information processes, including admissions, transfers, discharges, and Medicare certifications.
- Audit, analyze, and update resident records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards.
- Compile statistical data and reports to support audits, billing, quality assurance, and utilization reviews.
- Maintain secure filing systems, track physician visits, and oversee release of medical information in accordance with regulations.
- Supervise or assist with department operations, including staff orientation, education tracking, and meeting participation.
What You'll Need :
