Working under direct supervision, disassembles and re-assembles pump systems including the cleaning of parts for the rebuild process.Shift : Monday-Friday 5am-1 : 30pmOvertime is generally available and may be mandatoryPay : $19 / hr

- Essential FunctionsDisassembly, cleaning, or re-assembly of pumps.Receive pumps, generate parts order, perform teardown and condition reports.Documents all observations during disassembly and generates failure analysis reports.Maintain and replace equipment, tools, and supplies used during for the service of pumps.Checks power and hand tools for proper operation.Ensure that all Procedures and Instructions are followed during the assembly process.Communicate all issues to Leads / Supervisor on a timely manner.Re-assembly of pumpsRequirementsWorking knowledge of mechanical skills. Working knowledge of principles of vacuum technology.Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues and customer.Demonstrated teamwork and organizational skills.Demonstrated good oral communication skills.Provide verification of good driving record if servicing customer offsite.EducationHigh School, GED, Certifications on Electronics or equivalent experience.
