Design and develop scalable software solutions by analyzing system flow, data usage, and work processesInvestigate, define, and solve complex problems within the software lifecycleCreate clear and thorough technical documentation, diagrams, and flowchartsEvaluate system feasibility and performance through comprehensive systems analysisPrepare, install, and maintain system specifications, standards, and codebaseRecommend operational improvements through process and policy evaluationContinuously update technical knowledge through research, courses, and professional engagementSafeguard system and user data by adhering to security best practicesGather and analyze data to resolve service issues and improve performanceMentor and support junior engineers through coaching and knowledge-sharingRequirements :
Must have an active TS / SCI clearance to be consideredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)6 8 years of experience as a Software EngineerDemonstrated experience with full lifecycle development and modern programming toolsProficient in two or more development languages (Java and .NET preferred; C#, Ruby also valuable)Strong object-oriented programming skills and ability to write clean, testable codeExperience working in Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban)Proven ability to influence technical decisions and advocate for software best practicesComfortable with client-facing responsibilities, including travel to customer sites as neededAbility to navigate ambiguity and offer solutions from multiple perspectivesMust be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).Preferred Qualifications :
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureFamiliarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and other container technologiesAbout Us :
