Responsibilities

What You'll Do as part of our personal lines team :

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, text and in person
• Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims support with accuracy and care
• Conduct coverage reviews and recommend / quote additional lines of insurance such as Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella etc
• Meet or exceed monthly cross-sell and retention goals by quoting existing personal lines customers
• Maintain thorough documentation in the agency management system
• Collaborate with team members to create a smooth, supportive client experience
