Village Dental Claycomo is searching for a high-performing, strategic leader who thrives on building great teams, refining operations, and driving meaningful results in a dental practice setting.

This role is designed for someone who is ready to lead with clarity, grow alongside the practice, and bring structure to our vision through execution.

This Role Will Lead in 3 Core Areas :

1. People Leading the Team

  • Develop and coach team members across roles
  • Build accountability and trust through healthy communication and culture rhythms
  • Lead team meetings, performance feedback, and development plans

2.Processes Running the Business

  • Refine workflows and systems for scheduling, billing, patient flow, and team operations
  • Build and implement predictable weekly and monthly rhythms
  • Lead problem-solving, standard operating procedures, and consistent process improvement
  • 3.Performance Driving Growth

  • Track and interpret KPIs to lead improvements in profitability, efficiency, and retention
  • Help the team understand and act on the numbers that matter
  • Collaborate with the owner to set and execute quarterly and annual goals
  • Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of proven successin a dental, medical, or small business leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people, not just manage tasks
  • Strong understanding of practice operations : scheduling, billing, insurance, A / R (Open Dental experience is a plus)
  • Experience building systems, holding teams accountable, and navigating change
  • Highly organized, proactive communicator, and results-oriented
  • Bonus : Familiarity with EOS or other structured business operating systems
