Job description

As the Digital Content Specialist you will :

Responsibilities :

  • Access and download content from an external vendor platform, ensuring proper organization and compliance with internal standards.
  • Transfer content into a centralized internal repository, maintaining consistent metadata, taxonomy, and file structure.
  • Utilize UKG platform tools and features to support content management, documentation updates, and process alignment.
  • Review and revise existing documentation to reflect current content, usage guidelines, and system processes.
  • Design and implement request forms for internal ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) to facilitate content access and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HRIS, IT, content management) to ensure smooth integration and alignment with UKG workflows.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to validate content accuracy and documentation completeness.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with UKG platform (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, or UKG Ready), especially in content or document management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude in navigating digital platforms, repositories, and file systems.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills for documentation and form creation.
